ARK's popular Lip Blok is a simple but effective tool that naturally trains the entire mouth motor. In particular, the tongue position and mobility is conveyed. The Lip Blok's prevents people from tearing the straw and that it is introduced too far into the mouth. Simply put the mouthpiece in an opening of the neck and it can already go!

At the beginning of the therapy we recommend using the long size (1,9cm) as soon as the person to be treated has become used to it and successes are recognizable, you can reduce the size in pieces. The length can be reduced by shortening the mouthpiece with scissors, for example.

With shorter lengths you also get a better oral training, as the tongue is pulled back further, better seal the lips and build up a higher tension.
