ARK proSqueezerTM for conveying zip, lip closure & tongue mobility

Targeted oral engine with system: The ARK proSquezerTM Set is a high-quality tool for promoting zip, tongue lift and lip closure – basic functions for safe swallowing, clear pronunciation and controlled oral motors in everyday life.

The set was developed by the experienced therapist Angeliki Xygka (BSc / MSc) in cooperation with ARK. It consists of three tools with different resistance levels: Magenta (soft), Yellow (medium) and Orange (high). This allows you to customize the training – ideal for use in logopedia, myofunctional therapy or supporting communication.

For children, adults and senior citizens – with and without support:

TITLE: Exercise ideas to promote oral abilities with the proSqueezer:

For the training of the bite force:

• Exercise with the front teeth:
  Place the proSqueezer in front of the mouth and ask the person to bite 5 times with the front teeth. After that, she should hold the bite for up to 5 seconds.
• Lateral biting (premolar):
  Put the prosqueezer between the jaw teeth (premolars) on one side of the mouth and let the person bite 5 times on it. The bite should be kept for up to 5 seconds.
• Repeat the training on the other side.

For the training of the lip closure force:

• Place the proSqueezer before the mouth and ask the person to squeeze the lips 5 times only with the force of the lips (without teeth).
• After that, the person should squeeze and hold the lips for up to 5 seconds.

For the training of tongue lift:

• Place the V-shape of the proSqueezer partially in the mouth. Please raise the device with the tip of the tongue without moving the jaw (only the tongue should work).
• After that, the person should lift the proSqueezer and hold for up to 5 seconds.
