To use the tonies audio system, you need a 2.4 GHz b/g/n WLAN with internet access, as well as an internet-enabled terminal (smartphone, tablet or PC) for initial operation. A connection to the Internet is only necessary if new audio content for the Tonies to be downloaded and stored on the Toniebox.

For creativeTonies you also need a Toniecloud customer account. There you manage the content you want to link to your creative tone. Registration for your customer account is free.

Last but not least we recommend downloading our free smartphone app (available for iOS from version 9 and Android from version 4.4 (KitKat). With this app you can record your own voice recordings and your creativeTonies to assign. You can also invite friends or relatives, content for yours Tonies to record. You always have control over who can access the tonie.
